Cancellation and changes must be 24 hours in advance. If you are a no show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be subject to payment for 50% of the service missed. Please be on time! If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be canceled and you will be marked as a no-show. No-shows will be charged the cancellation fee. If you are marked as a no-show more than 3 times you will be blocked from booking online. Please communicate with me as best you can if you have an emergency and we will work something out. Thank you!
